Les rencontres thématiques agroalimentaires SEM-CTCPA 2009
La dernière rencontre 2009 sur le thème «Perception des messages nutritionnels par le consommateur» est programmée le jeudi 3 décembre matin à Audencia (Nantes).
Journées PONAN, les 24 et 25 novembre 2009 à Nantes
PONAN organise les 24 et 25 novembre 2009 dans les locaux d'IFREMER à Nantes ses 3èmes rencontres.
Au programme :
- La construction de la valeur des produits alimentaires, le mardi 24 novembre
- Présentation des résultats du programme AISQAL (Approche intégrée de la sécurité et de la qualité des aliments), le 25 novembre
Unité Hautes Pressions - UHP
Le CTCPA, l'ENITIAA et l'Ecole nationale vétérinaire lancent pour 3 ans un programme de recherche sur les hautes pressions appliquées à la préservation des produits alimentaires.
RMT CHLEAN - conception hygiénique et nettoyabilité des équipements
Le réseau mixte CHLEAN, pour «Conception hygiénique des lignes et des équipements et amélioration de la nettoyabilité», piloté par le CTCPA de Nantes, a été labellisé par le Ministère de l'Agriculture le 9 octobre dernier.
